Check payment |
| If you prefer to pay by check, the payment must be sent in within 7 days of Dolfin Swim School reserving the class for your swimmer. | DOLFIN SWIM SCHOOL, INC. 4347 W. Northwest Hwy., Ste. 120-273, Dallas, Texas 75220 | ||||
Annual Family Administration Fee |
| $25.00 per family is due upon initial summer registration and on your anniversary date, thereafter. If registering during the school year, it will be applied at initial registration. | ||||
Make-ups |
| In order to maintain the integrity of our classes both as to content and to size, we do not offer make-ups. We have found that adding swimmers to classes for make-ups disrupts the rhythm, safety, and integrity of the class. Please do your best to attend! Sorry, no make-ups for illnesses, recitals, vacations, etc. | ||||
Pool Facilities |
| Classes are conducted at the aquatic center of a major business hotel. The first week of indoor classes, you will be issued a numbered parking garage key. | ||||
Pod Squad Class |
| If you have a play group of friends that would like to take swimming together, please notify the office as to which class you prefer. We will change that class into your very own Pod Squad class reserved just for your friends. You will receive registration preference! | ||||
Baby Dolfin classes |
NEW! ALL swimmers under the age of 3 yrs. old must wear a MATERIAL swim “pant” under their swimsuit. Parents may help us with this by calling it a swim pant, not a diaper. It is part of their swimming uniform, just like their swimsuit. Baby Dolfin participants must be double diapered with a FREE reusable MATERIAL SWIM DIAPER and a disposable swim diaper underneath to assure water purity! NO EXCEPTIONS! |
| Baby Dolfin participants will receive a free material swim diaper the first class. Parents must provide a disposable swim diaper to go underneath the material swim diaper for each class! Double diapering assures water purity! | ||||
Swim Parent |
| We need the assistance of a veteran Dolfin Swim School parent to write homework notes, blow noses, put up ponytails, accompany swimmers to the bathroom, and wrap towels around swimmers. We prefer the Swim Parent to not be distracted by a toddler-in-tow. If you would like to be a Swim Parent please note this in the comment section on the registration form. Dolfin Swim School will notify the parent that they have been selected as the class Swim Parent prior to the first class. | ||||
Parent Visitation Day |
The last day of each session is for “the little ones” to show-off their new skills. Please plan on attending with your cameras and videos. |
| DOLFIN SWIM SCHOOL RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ALTER THE SKILL LEVELS OR CLASS TIMES AS NEEDED. | ||||
